The fundamental plot premise stayed unaltered from the first. The game's activity happens in the anecdotal American city of Lost Paradise in the last long stretches of the interwar period (1930-1938). The fundamental character is Thomas Angelo, a youthful cabbie searching professionally in even the most obscure areas. Nonetheless, his last course prompted a conflict with a powerful hoodlum family. Thomas inexplicably figures out how to get his clients to a café claimed by an adversary crowd. Subsequently starts the account of the hero's relationship with the Salieri family, which numerous years after the fact drives Thomas to a police cross examination as a crown observer. His recollections are uncovered as flashbacks during a discussion with an investigator.
Despite the fact that the creators didn't change the essential presumptions of the content, there were a few alterations. The makers extended the story foundation of the characters and added the first cutscenes and exchanges.
As in terms of plot, so in terms of gameplay, Mafia: Definitive Edition essentially stays true to the original production. So we have a vast city like the sandboks of the Grand Theft Auto series, and the world is watching from behind the hero’s back (TPP view). In addition to the main missions, the game features a number of side activities within the city of Lost Heaven. Here we have everything we could expect from a gangster game: racketeering “for protection,” dealing in stolen goods and skirmishes with rival gangs. In the meantime, we learn the story of Thomas Angelo, presented in the form of non-interactive scenes.
The taste of the game adds to the need to comply with regulations, especially on the road. Not stopping at traffic lights or speeding can provoke the police to give us a ticket. More serious offenses like walking with a gun or violent acts will result in more attention from law enforcement, which can result in arrests and even shootings.
